Dogrose & Catnip “A5 Commission Gift Box” Prize Draw

 

Promoter: Dogrose & Catnip (Lynda Rugg of St Marys Close, Hilperton BA14 7PN (“Promoter”).

1. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family, or anyone directly involved with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

• One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

2. How to Enter

• The competition opens at 1st September 2025 and closes at 14th September 2025 at midnight Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

• To enter, participants must:

  1. Visit the Dogrose & Catnip website.

  2. Answer the following skill-based question:

“Please name the background colours in the 2 Bulldog commissions in the pet portrait gallery. Also, tell us at least 2 items for sell in the shop that feature these designs?”

1. Subscribe to the Dogrose & Catnip email newsletter using a valid email address.

• Entries must be submitted via (web form/email address.)

3. Skill-Based Entry Requirement

• This is a prize competition requiring skill. The question has been designed so that a significant proportion of entrants will be deterred from entering or will answer incorrectly if they have not carefully reviewed the Promoter’s website.

• Only entries with both parts of the answer correct will be entered into the prize draw. Colours given as answers do not have to be colour pencil-specific descriptions.

4. The Prize

• One prize is available: an A5 Commission Gift Box . This can be used by the prize winner or can be given as a gift but recipient must notify Dogrose and Catnip within 6 months of the draw date to book in the commission.

• No cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• All correct entries will be placed into a random draw, conducted within 7 days of the closing date, using a verifiably random selection method.

• The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 5 working days of the draw. The winner must respond within 14 days to claim their prize, or an alternative winner will be drawn.

6. Data Protection

• By entering, participants agree to the processing of their data to administer the competition and to receive the Dogrose & Catnip newsletter.

• Personal data will be handled per the Promoter’s.

• Entrants can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in emails.

7. General

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failures or other reasons beyond their control.

• The winner’s name and county may be published on the Dogrose & Catnip website and social media channels.
