Returns & Cancellation – Printed Goods

If you purchase printed goods online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to any applicable statutory exceptions.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them.

Returned goods should be kept in good condition and handled with reasonable care. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when you cancel because you have changed your mind, unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Once returned goods have been received, or you have provided evidence that they have been returned, any refund due will normally be made using the original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your goods arrive damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible and provide photographs where possible.

Please keep the original packaging, as this may be required to support a delivery claim.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

International Orders

Dogrose & Catnip currently accepts orders for delivery to the UK and any other destinations specifically offered at checkout.

Where an international order is accepted, any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the person ordering or receiving the goods. These charges are outside my control and are not included in the purchase price unless specifically stated.

Pet Portrait Commissions

For pet portrait commissions, a 20% non-refundable booking fee is required before I can reserve your place in my commission schedule or begin work on your artwork.

Because commissioned artwork is created to the customer's specifications, cancellation and refund arrangements may differ from those applying to ready-made artwork and printed goods. Please see the separate Commission Terms for full details.

Photography, Social Media & Copyright

Unless otherwise discussed and agreed with you, I may share photographs of completed artwork created by Dogrose & Catnip on my website, social media accounts and other promotional or advertising materials.

I will not use your personal information or photographs of you for promotional purposes without your permission.

Copyright in the artwork remains with Dogrose & Catnip unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchasing an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
