Pet portrait commissions
Your portrait will be carefully packaged to help protect it during transit.
Delivery to mainland England, Wales and Scotland is £15. Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and worldwide is available by quote. Sorry, I currently don't offer shipping to other EU countries or Northern Ireland.
If you're local to me, hand delivery may be possible.
Original artwork
Original artwork will be carefully packaged for safe delivery.
Delivery costs will be confirmed before purchase and will depend on the size and destination. Local hand delivery may be possible.
Prints, greetings cards & other shop items
Printed items and greetings cards are normally sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, either standard or signed delivery depending on the order.
Orders are carefully packaged in board-backed envelopes or sturdy cardboard boxes, depending on the size, quantity and weight of the items.
Occasionally, another carrier may be used where this is more appropriate.​

Timescales
Pet portraits
Commission times vary depending on my current workload. Please allow around 1-2 months for completion from the start date. I'll give you an estimated completion date when your commission is booked into my schedule and will keep you updated if anything changes.

Shop orders
Printed items and greeting cards are normally dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your order. Delivery time then depends on the postal service used.
