Quantity

If you change your mind about your greeting card, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

If you wish to cancel, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the card.

The card should be returned unused and in its original condition, with reasonable care taken to ensure it is suitably protected during return postage.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the card is faulty or not as described.

Once the returned card has been received, I will issue a refund within 14 days.

Delivery is free, so there is no original delivery charge to refund.
