If you change your mind about your print, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

If you wish to cancel, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the print to me.

The print must be returned unused and in its original condition, with reasonable care taken to ensure it is suitably protected during return postage.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the print is faulty or not as described.

Once the returned print has been received, I will issue a refund within 14 days. The refund will include the cost of the print and the original standard delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
